Personal Favorite: Vanilla Cinnamon
The Siggi’s 1.5% Vanilla Cinnamon is one of my favorites. But the lower protein ration and added sugar make it an occasional favorite and not a daily regular.
Available Flavors:
🍒 Black Cherry
🤍 Vanilla Cinnamon
🥥 Coconut
🥭 Mango Passionfruit
🎃 Pumpkin Spice
🍓 Strawberry Banana
This is not a super-high sugar yogurt. But is higher sugar than many of the high-protein, no-added sugar, or no-sugar varieties, I often highlight to my clients. None the less, it is delicious and a current occasional favorite. A little added sugar from time-to-time is not going to wreck your meal program.
All in all, this would be a solid, high protein, snack choice for anyone trying to up their protein or simply eat better. But it does add a bit of extra calories with the included fat and added sugar.
Siggi’s 1.5% Vanilla Cinnamon Skyr is a thick, creamy, high protein yogurt that has a great taste and is not super sweet. I appreciate the clean taste, natural ingredients, and short ingredient list.
