Meal Prep Idea, high protein!
One 4oz serving contains 25gr protein and 120 calories. It is 83% protein by calorie. Very High!
Brown meat in a non-stick pan. Add mix and cook per instructions on package. Add 4-8 jalapeno rings diced per taste. Store in fridge for quick, high protein meals.
I use this with shells or the high fiber, low carb wraps for tacos, burritos, etc. But also sprinkle on salads to add some protein. I’ve found a couple ounces added to Omellets and scrabled aggs works well also. Use any way you like to get high quality, low fat, protein into your daily meals.
I’ve only seen this at Kroger, and only recently.
