Hummus Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
4 Chicken breast (skinless)
One cup Garlic Hummus
2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Squeeze of one lemon
1 Tablespoon crushed rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven 425
Lightly coat 13 x 9 baking dish with olive oil
Lay chicken breast in dish
Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar over chicken
Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper
Layer a thick slather of hummus on each breast of chicken
Top with a squeeze of one lemon
Bake 30 minutes
